Does your chocolate contain additives or emulsifiers such as lecithin?
We do not add any kind of lecithin to our products and do not plan to. We only add vanilla and other all organic material like natural fruit extracts to enhance the taste and smell. Our wish is to be able to share with you the original taste of chocolates made from bean to bar that have been grown by farmers in our country.
